- Booking confirmation is subject to full or partial payment as specified.
- Payment must be made via authorized channels.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Guest cancellations are governed by our Standard Cancellation Policy unless otherwise specified for a booking.
- Refund timelines vary based on payment method.
4. Property Listings
- Property descriptions, amenities, and images are provided by property owners. EJA is not liable for discrepancies but will assist in resolving concerns.
5. Best Price Guarantee

EJA offers a Best Price Guarantee:
If you book a property on EJA and then find the same property, same dates, and same conditions available at a lower price on another platform, we will match the lower rate or refund the difference.

To qualify, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking, with proof of the competing offer.

Certain promotional, membership-only, or private rates may be excluded.
6. User Conduct
- Guests must respect property rules.
- Any damage or violation during the stay may result in penalties.
7. Intellectual Property
- Content on EJA’s platform, including images, logos, and text, belongs to EJA Stays Pvt Ltd or our partners and cannot be reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- EJA acts as a booking facilitator and is not the property owner.
- We are not liable for personal loss, injury, or damage during the stay, but we encourage guests to reach out for assistance.
9. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new Terms.
